Worked with the Waldorf office for 3 months. Father coming back to Assisted Living home from stroke rehab needing home assist. His nursing aide was the best we could ever imagine. The Branch Manager and his team were perfect. They were quick to get in contact, quick to setup payment and quick to find his home care aide. Everyone was stellar. His aide was as attentive as can be, sat with him, talked with him, reminisced with his stories, prayed with him, helped the family out with him over the phone, worked him out like a physical therapist and encouraged him to recover more and more everyday. He would cry in happiness every time I saw him and cried when he had to leave his aide. She treated him like family, with love.

As a therapist working with a mutual patient, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Nurse Natalie Gray from BrightStar Care. Natalie consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a true dedication to patient care. Working with her—and the team at BrightStar Care—was a seamless and positive experience. Their commitment to high-quality, coordinated care made a real difference. I’d gladly work with Natalie and BrightStar Care again in the future.
