Is there RN oversight at BrightStar Care® of Port Charlotte?
Yes, we have registered nurse (RN) oversight for all of our in-home care services in the Port Charlotte area. Our Director of Nursing develops custom care plans for every client and provides clinical guidance for our local care team to ensure that all clients receive high-quality care.
What are your hiring practices for caregivers and nurses?
To work with BrightStar Care of Port Charlotte, all caregivers and nurses must be properly trained, certified, and/or licensed. Additionally, we require our employees to complete a tuberculosis (TB) test, have current CPR certification, and pass a background check and drug screen.
