Over the past few years, I have had to look for home care services for several (elderly) loved ones. It really can be a grueling, rather worrisome process. You wonder if those you've entrusted with your loved one is reliable, truly caring and compassionate, as well as trustworthy. I cannot express how wonderful Alicia from Brightstar is. From the moment we met her, we had good feelings about the agency. Alicia has a magical flair for making us feel that we picked just the right person for our mother's care.

Alicia Pottratz has done an amazing job of taking care of my father. Not only does she take care of his medical needs she is also a very talented cook and keeps him company. She makes the best lasagna he has ever had. This has been a lonely time for many seniors that can't get together safely with family. It's rare to find a nurse that not only knows the medication but enjoys spending time with the people she takes care of. Be sure to ask for Alicia.

What a wonderful blessing my Brightstar Care nurse, Robin, is with every visit! She has been the perfect blend of skilled competence & thoughtful compassion I could ask for. Whenever I have any questions, problems or difficulties, both she & Brightstar have worked out all issues to my highest expectation as well as taken initiative to prevent any untoward outcome. Robin is the best nurse I’ve ever had! You will not be disappointed.

We have been utilizing Brightstar Care for several months now to provide assistance for my mother and they have been excellent. The caregivers we have had have been friendly, well trained, attentive, and hard working. The Brightstar Community Liaison, Ursula, has been excellent as well. She is very responsive and professional, provides excellent suggestions, and seems to genuinely care about providing my mother with quality care and ensuring her needs are met. We highly recommend Brightstar.
