At the beginning, we had A LOT OF ISSUES WITH BRIGHT STAR!! But ever since they hired Norma, she is excellent, awesome & amazing all wrapped up into one! She makes sure that your child has no lapses in therapy which is a huge change for BRIGHT STAR! Hiring Norma was the best thing that could've ever happened to that company! It's because of people like her, that moms like me, feel like we are heard & seen & so are our children. Without their vital therapy being continuous without gaps in therapy, our children digress back to where they were before they even started. But ever since Norma arrived, that has not happened once!! I gave BRIGHT STAR a 5 star rating because of Norma & not any other reason. She has a heart of gold . THANK YOU SO MUCH, "MY LOVE"

Carlos Morales has been an excellent wound care nurse to me, my wounds are healing nicely under his care.

These was the first time I ever needed Home Health Care, the first time my nurse Carlos Morales came in he was very respectful and caring for my wound, He made sure I was feeling well and no pain, he clean my wound very well and very clean , Carlos was very careful on how well he would take care of me, he’s very organized. He a very caring Nurse that love want he does. I recommend him as your nurse for caring needs.

My management team has been the best I have had very understanding, open door policy takes care of what needs to be taken care of in a timely manner. Love working with BrightStar, the attention we received for our daughter is amazing, all the staff is very helpful and prompt with any concern we have. We especially love our nurses, Claudia G. was very attentive to our daughter Avi, our daughter immediately fell in love with her, we couldn't be more grateful for the relationship she established with our daughter, it was beyond a nurse/patient relationship.
