I have had Brightstar Caregiving Services for about the past year now and they are the only company that provides maintenance exercise for my husband on a daily basis. Their caregivers are here everyday. They help my husband with bathing and dressing besides the daily exercise. They work with him giving him the dignity and respect that is important. On top of that they are the only company that sends a nurse out every three months for re-eval, keeps me informed as to any changes in scheduling's, and even make special visits to honor my husband who is a disabled Vietnam Veteran. In my opinion BrightStar is the only company that I have worked with in the past 4 years that goes above and beyond for their clients, no other company was willing to help keep my husband active and help maintain his recovery to the point that his doctors are impressed.

I have been receiving my infusions from Brightstar for the past 4 years. They are always courteous and professional. The office staff always follows up to make sure that my appointments are scheduled. Usually, my nurse is Carmen and she is amazing. From time to time I’ve had to have other staff administer my infusion and each time I have been happy with the care I have received. Being able to have my infusions at home has been such a blessing for me and my family and I highly recommend Brightstar if you are in need of this type of service.

We found out about BrightStar Care many years ago when our mother was attending a Parkinson’s Support Group facilitated by the owner, John Mason. We did not need a caregiver for mom at that time, but John left a positive impression on us with his warmth, friendliness, and empathetic nature. When we started looking for some assistance last year, John and his company were high on our list. When I went to the office I was greeted by Mary and Arthuro who also had caring and compassionate natures.They have been flexible and accommodating when we need to make schedule changes and they have always been responsive to any of our needs. Our caregiver, Laura, started working with us in December of 2023. She has been an absolute blessing and godsend! She is tender and loving and so kind and gentle with our mom. She is always punctual and comes dressed so professionally in the most adorable scrubs. Mom is so comfortable with her and expresses her gratitude and appreciation for her daily. My sisters and I have such a sense of peace, knowing how much love and light Laura brings to our mom at this stage of her life. Thank you, BrightStar! 💜

Working for BrightStar care San Fernando has been an absolute pleasure. I had the opportunity to work with Arth who is such an incredible person. He shows such compassion and always conducts himself with great professionalism. Mary is also very friendly and always answers all my questions.

Working with Brightstar Care Nationwide, the SW San Fernando Valley location is considered in my top 5 branches to work with. As a patient care coordinator for home health, our main focus is working with an agency that can provide true customer service. Jennifer, DON and Arth, Branch Manager have shown that they truly care for our patients. They have both shown their willingness to go the extra mile for our patients and have handled our patients' issues and concerns quickly and professionally. Their nursing staff as well has shown professional courtesy to our "difficult patients". I am completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

I absolutely love, love, love love Blake he is always punctual and greet you with a smile and always informative!!! It’s bittersweet to see him go may he be a light to all the other patients lives that he touch!

Hanne Nouri from BrightStar Care is the epitome of a caring nurse that you would hope for. She is not only experienced and competent, she truly cares about her patient, checking in beyond her visiting times and troubleshooting when problems arise. I can't recommend her enough if you and your loved ones ever need in-home nursing care.
