Ignacio launched his first BrightStar Care franchise in the Sacramento area in 2008 and, by 2025, had expanded to four locations. With a Ph.D. in electrical engineering, he began his career as a biomedical engineer, earning multiple medical-device patents and publishing more than 40 peer-reviewed articles. Seeking closer collaboration with providers and patients, he completed an MBA and moved into marketing and business management, serving as a senior executive at three Sacramento-area medical-device firms and advising companies nationwide and abroad.

BrightStar Care allows Ignacio to return to hands-on, community-based service, focusing directly on the well-being of local clients and patients. Together with his talented team, he is proud to deliver responsive, round-the-clock care—one client at a time.
