Employee Brightstar Care Rancho Cordova, I've been with this company for about six months now, and I have to say it has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my nursing career. The employer, SAT, is incredibly compassionate and understanding. She has a deep knowledge of the nursing field, having been in it herself, and she goes out of her way to accommodate schedules, especially for those of us who have full-time jobs and still want to work registry. The facilities I've worked in have been great, and the staff members have always been supportive. I've never been in a situation where I've felt uncomfortable or wanted to leave an assignment due to the environment. SAT ensures we work in safe and nurturing environments, and she genuinely cares about our well-being. She's not just an employer; she's a friend who prioritizes our best interests. I genuinely cherish working for this company because of the excellent pay and because I've found a caring friend in SAT who always has my back.
