Employee Brightstar Care Rancho Cordova, I've been with this company for about six months now, and I have to say it has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my nursing career. The employer, SAT, is incredibly compassionate and understanding. She has a deep knowledge of the nursing field, having been in it herself, and she goes out of her way to accommodate schedules, especially for those of us who have full-time jobs and still want to work registry. The facilities I've worked in have been great, and the staff members have always been supportive. I've never been in a situation where I've felt uncomfortable or wanted to leave an assignment due to the environment. SAT ensures we work in safe and nurturing environments, and she genuinely cares about our well-being. She's not just an employer; she's a friend who prioritizes our best interests. I genuinely cherish working for this company because of the excellent pay and because I've found a caring friend in SAT who always has my back.

I love this company they are always accommodating to my needs and assist with my physical therapy. Angelita is a great cook. She helps me with house work going to the market and dr appts. I had this company work for me when I worked for a skilled nursing facility and they were very good with always making sure we had enough stuff to complete the assignment. The person who does staffing/marketing named Sat is nothing short of being a very professional, flexible business woman! She answers calls 24-7 which was unheard of with other companies. I ended up choosing to start a nursing career with this company because of how professional and curiosity they were and it’s just an amazing company to do business with. 5-stars are not easily earned by me but I’d give easily to this company. My Mom was living with us fir over a year and during this time, until her passing, we hired BrightStar to help with her non-hospice care. From the very first meeting, Sat was kind, professional, accommodating and understood our needs. Throughout the year, there were times we had last-minute changes to the schedule and Sat always responsive to our needs. Not only was it easy to work with Sat, the caregivers whom she employed were excellent. They were prompt, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive to all of my Mom’s needs including but not limited to personal care, meals, laundry, exercise. They interacted well with my Mom and were patient and caring when she was not feeling well. I highly and with out reservation recommend Sat and her team and should the need arise again.

Sat at Brightstare Care helped us out at extremely short notice when a family member living at an Assisted Living Facility needed 12 hour/day care for 10 days. Very professional, reliable, thorough communication, and creatively filled the time on those 12 hour shifts.

I worked with Sat at BrightStar for many months. Sat is amazing! She knows this industry inside and out. She sends the best Care Staff and always would follow to make sure everything worked out. She is incredibly responsive and would always take phone calls or return phone calls no matter how early or how late. She is a vital asset to any community facing staffing challenges. Brightstar (Rancho Cordova) has been staffing my facility when we are short staff & all of their staff have been top tier CNAs with the highest top performance levels. I would highly recommend them if you are a company in need or looking for extra care at home. I have also heard that they staff for home health care, assisted living for nurses, CNAs, caregivers and medical staff. They have excellent customer service.
