If you need private care nursing for a loved one, Brightstar is the company to use. When I called needing IV therapy for my elderly dad, they transferred me to Kris. He was so kind and knowledgeable. I was so confused with all of the steps we needed to go through to get everything lined up and he took care of it all. He even came to the rehab center to meet with the case worker to make sure my dad had continuous care and didn’t miss a treatment. He was available for phone calls and always promptly called back. I can’t thank him enough for making sure the rehab, Dr orders and assisted living all worked together! He made sure the IV medication was delivered on time and he scheduled the nurses for my dads infusion therapy. Debbie was my dad’s first infusion nurse. She was very sweet and kind. She also did vitals and listened to his lungs. She stayed almost two hours during the therapy and visited and made my dad feel at ease. What an amazing group of angels this company has. I would highly recommend them. They make you feel like family.

I am so happy with Brightstar! They had the perfect person for my husband. Cedric is an excellent caregiver - warm, caring and professionally proficient. His attention to detail in my husband's condition is amazing. My husband, who has dementia , has gone from resisting care to welcoming Cedric as a member of our family. The staff has been so caring and helpful. So glad I found them.

Roger S is a super reliable aide. He is always on time, extremely helpful with personal care needs, and willing to take on any household task. I highly recommend him. Kathleen H is a terrific aide. She is attentive, friendly, and super helpful. I highly recommend her.

Everyone at BrightStar have been great to work with. Our main caregiver, Bethanie, is so kind and she really cares about her clients. My partner with dementia looks forward to her visits.

We are so grateful for Brightstar care. They do such a great job with matching the right caregiver. They also do check-ins by sending a nurse to check in on our Mom. The best was that Brightstar sent us truly one of the BEST, most PHENOMENAL caregivers ever. Bethanie has truly been such a blessing to our Mom and our family. She is ALWAYS a couple of minutes early to her shift. She is extremely responsible, reliable, knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. We can always count on her no matter what. She also goes the extra mile doing the little extras to help and support my Mom and our family. She always has a smile and a kind heart and is always so extremely patient with our Mom. I’m not exaggerating when I say always. I don’t know how she does it all but we are SO GRATEFUL for her and her genuine loving care for our Mom. We don’t know what we’d do without her. Rose Mora came by today and was so helpful. She was so willing to help out with all the chores we needed to do around the house. Such a weight off our shoulders having her around.
