Crystal Booth is very good with my Mom (Nancy). Nancy is always very happy when she knows Crystal is coming over. we have been very lucky to have her.

My grandmother fell ill and required a home health aide upon returning home from the hospital. BrightStar Care was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with their services. Erica Swager has been extremely easy to work with and has sent top quality staff to our home. Erica has worked diligently to make sure an aide is scheduled for us during the hours we have requested and has given us plenty of notice when/if a scheduling conflict occurs and updates us promptly when coverage is found. We have enjoyed all of the aides we've had so far, however, Anna has really stood out. She is so charismatic, loving, patient, attentive, compassionate, and hard working. Though we have only been with BrightStar Care for a short period, Erica and Anna have really made this lifestyle change come smoother than we ever could've imagined. Thank you so much Erica, Anna, and BrightStar Care for helping us during this challenging time!

Brightstar is wonderful!

So far to date I’ve gone through to say the least a few caregivers that did not work out or were not favorable to my families needs. There have been two caregiver I have reviewed and as of today I don’t regret reviewing too soon but in a way I do. I feel you need to give the person you’ve chosen as such a great caregiver some time to settle in. Not saying that the two I’ve reviewed were not good but the first review was a hiccup of not giving 100% supervision when it was in the care plan so, had to let that one go. Secondly the second one I’ve reviewed I feel needs too be prompted by myself when the care plan is super self explanatory. I’m finding she is not a self starter and a bit on the “No sense of urgency” type. Like I said, give yourself AND moreso THEM time to let the true colors flow. Consistency states allot to me and a self starter and self motivated worker is super important to me. Someone that does not need to be asked to do everything, that is either on the care plan or common sense should not have to be constantly reminded by myself. Makes me wonder how much I’ve trusted where trust was not earned. So with all this said, my third review is almost a month in and has turned out to OUTSHINE the two previous put together. Qwazina Knott is all that I would be if I were the caregiver for my two Grandsons who are non verbal and terminally ill. The best bonus is that both my boys have shown the most comfortability with her. So a major shout out to QWAZINA KNOTT!!! Thank you for CONSISTENTLY BEING ON POINT SINCE DAY ONE!!!

I appreciate how Brightstar care helped our family with caring for my husband. Our favorite CNA Dulsi was so kind and gentle in her care. Her friendship also meant so much to us. We also really appreciated Deborah and Courtney our nurses who kept a close eye on things and made sure we had the care we needed. Thank you so much.

Tammara and Erica found me respite care so quickly. They communicate so great and their services are very organized. I am very thankful for their help for my son who has special needs!

I had an accident at work and I was in the hospital, then in Neurorestorative Rehab. I am currently with the CNA services of BrightStar Care Home health service and I feel very grateful to Nura - an excellent person and CNA. She is attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I feel comfortable and had everything I needed for my recovery process.
