Bright star is absolutely fantastic. I’m C6 quadriplegic and I’ve been working with these folks for over 10 months now and they’ve been absolutely instrumental in my recovery. They are so kind and eager to work and eager to help. I’m 18 And they’re young employees I’ve been incredibly friendly to me Really making me feel cared for.

We are well pleased with Felecia, she has become more than someone who helps our paraplegic veteran son with his hygiene/room. We consider her a personal friend and our son looks forward to her compassionate care.

Crystal Booth is very good with my Mom (Nancy). Nancy is always very happy when she knows Crystal is coming over. we have been very lucky to have her.

My grandmother fell ill and required a home health aide upon returning home from the hospital. BrightStar Care was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with their services. Erica Swager has been extremely easy to work with and has sent top quality staff to our home. Erica has worked diligently to make sure an aide is scheduled for us during the hours we have requested and has given us plenty of notice when/if a scheduling conflict occurs and updates us promptly when coverage is found. We have enjoyed all of the aides we've had so far, however, Anna has really stood out. She is so charismatic, loving, patient, attentive, compassionate, and hard working. Though we have only been with BrightStar Care for a short period, Erica and Anna have really made this lifestyle change come smoother than we ever could've imagined. Thank you so much Erica, Anna, and BrightStar Care for helping us during this challenging time!
