We used Brightstar for a short time but in the short time we had really good care for mom. They sent use MaKay who is very good with elderly people very understanding of Dementia I am impressed with the way she handles good and bad nights even when she is chased with a cane. Thank you McKay and Brightstar for helping with the care of my mother we will miss you MaKay.

Anna was great and awesome and has been assisting with my mother's care. She is thoughtful and courteous and very professional. She was caring and kind, extremely helpful, always arriving on time, and always in a good mood. and appreciate her care and going the extra mile to ensure everything is okay. Then my mom has Maritza. Maritza always went above and beyond for my mom and help us through so of the hardest times we faced. She is very professional, caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, and with a great sense of humor. We can’t say enough great things about her. Honestly, Brightstar has a great team, especially since my mom doesn't speak English, but the caregivers always have a good way of communicating. We appreciate Brightstar for all they do to support the patients and families.

MaKay Muridi Is so amazing with my mom she is very patient and understanding with Lewy body Dementia. MaKay goes the extra mile to make sure mom is taken care of.

The whole experience at Brightstar Care was great. It was easy to arrange for the help that I needed, and Sandra did a wonderful job of taking care of me on the day of my procedure. I would definitely recommend Brightstar, and I will call them the next time I need care.

Every care giver they sent for my father was wonderful. They responded quickly to my concerns and were accommodating to our family’s changing needs. When my father passed away they held our hands and even sent flowers. I cannot imagine having cared for my dad without their help. Thank you.

Following my spine surgery, I needed a lot of home help, especially for personal hygiene, since I did not want to leave the hospital for a rehab facility. Several people mentioned BrightStar to arrange home health aides, and they set up the service almost immediately, and then accommodated a delay when I suddenly had to have a second surgery. Every home health aide I have had from BrightStar for the past two months has been wonderful, and Silvia M. has been outstanding in her professionalism, cheerful spirit, willingness to help with anything needed, and competence. She has become a friend as well as a caregiver. My recovery would not have been so successful without the support of BrightStar, for which I am very grateful and satisfied, and very fortunate to have had such wonderful caregivers.

I am a once monthly patient and Star is the greatest nurse ever. Words can’t explain how much of an impact she has made on my life. BrightStar has built such an amazing foundation to make their clients lives easy so that PLUS an amazing team is what dreams are made of. Star is my nurse and has been for over a year, she truly cares, knows her stuff, and really makes an enjoyable experience out of what was once before her just not the greatest.

We are lucky to have Debbie coming to help us. She is so positive, hardworking, and flexible. She is willing to do whatever needs to be done. She is patient and kind, which she often needs in our case! My mom loves her, and feels like she is a friend as well as a helper.
