Working with our caretaker Golda has been a total delight! After having a couple of bad incidents, my wife and I are very happy with BrightStar Care and our caregiver and her replacement Mallory, who came in on short notice when Golda was unable to come. Nicole has been coming to help with my my husband for about a month. She is always punctual and very conscientious as well and takes excellent care of my husband. The help she provides is to help with exercise, dress him and personal health. Nicole helps with a few small house tasks if time allows and makes sure things are cleaned up and trash taken out. One great thing about Nicole is wonderful nursing skills and knowledges she has. My husband likes the way he is treated with respect and care. The three of us really appreciate the care she is giving to my husband.
