I can’t say enough about BrightStar Care. Know that I have been a professional in the business of aging for over 25 years. Now it’s my turn to be on the other side. I have a gait and fatigue issue.
BrightStar Came into my life when I needed them the most. They got right on it and gave me an evaluation within days. I need home care and have been provided the supportive services I need and beyond.
The office is professional and efficient. Within days I had an evaluation. Shortly thereafter, I had the pleasure of meeting a few CNA‘s in my home. All professional, and there when I need them.
Natalee is my weekly CNA and she is outstanding. She’s professional and intuitive - as were backups Olga, Rosae and Megan.

Brightstar has been great respite for my wife and I. Grandpa really enjoys visiting, listening to music and playing cards with Rachel, Olga, or Nicole and they all do a great job that I know I can count on them. Abby and Ashlynn keep all the paperwork running smoothly so I don't have too. Very thankful for them all.

Mary and Tracy have improved the life of my father and our entire family by their care, consistency, and reliability. Truly, the quality of my dad's life and the quality of the life of myself and my mom has greatly improved because of their assistance. They are more than home health aides, they are family to us.

I am a HHA with BrightStar and I've been with the company for a year. I have worked for many organizations over the years and I can truly say that BrightStar is the best company that I have ever worked for. The managers and schedulers are phenomenal to work with and they truly treat us like gold. I can't recommend this company enough.
The BrightStar services provided to my mom were wonderful.
Mary V, the caregiver, was so flexible and open to my changing requests for my moms care. Her communication with me was so thorough and timely. She also knew exactly how to best interact with my mom.
Megan, my moms RN, was also excellent the the assessment and development of a plan. She was key in selecting Mary as the care giver understanding a good fit is critical.
Again, BrightStar exceeded my expectations.
