Finding a great company that serviced our area in Oviedo was hard but they exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs in home care.

UPDATE: 1 ½ Year Review! We’ve had a few caregivers, but BrightStar has really outdone themselves with finding the most wonderful caregiver for my mom with Timricka T.! “Ricka” came in, heard everything we were most concerned with, met with my mom, Georgia, prioritized everything that we were most concerned with, and came up with a plan that has made helping my 83yo mom with dementia a dream! She has imprinted her vibrant, magnetic, and enthusiastic personality on my mom and matched her energy! When I go to take my mom to all the doctor’s she's got(!), Georgia asks if Ricka is going with us. My mother has always been a force to be reckoned with, but her memory issues often throw her for a loop. Ricka is a rock solid foundation that grounds her calmly to being who she really is; my mom! Special shoutouts to Jennifer (The owner), Natalie (the Director of Nursing), Reisy and Dahlia (The Great 24hr hotline communicators), and Shay, the former Director of Operations that made all this possible! They have all stepped up and tackled ANY issue immediately that could derail the hard work of any of their staff. And to all of Georgia’s neighbors who tell me how much they love and appreciate Ricka! From a year ago: Caring for a parent can be stressful and daunting to say the very least. And doing an internet search can make it more anxious beyond belief. We had a freelance caregiver for a couple of weeks for my mom, 82, but she was unable to stay. We tried an online independent Caregiver search service (that required a subscription to use!) and even then, you have to pay more for all the “recommended” checks and vetting. A friend recommended BrightStar and wow, am I glad they did! Shay and Natalie came out and did an interview and assessment for my 82yo mom with the utmost professionalism and especially empathy. They were able to match us up with a fully vetted, wonderful group for us to work with. Also, the fact that they are available to answer any questions by phone 24 hours a day by human beings(!) is huge in my book! Thank you BrightStar!

I've used Brightstar's in home nursing service for routine injections for over five years and would easily recommend them to anyone. My nurse Natalie has consistently been kind, caring and accommodating whenever short notice appointments are needed to make sure my medicine is given on time.
