BrightStar Care Review Caring for a parent can be stressful and daunting to say the very least. And doing an internet search can make it more anxious beyond belief. We had a freelance caregiver for a couple of weeks for my mom, 82, but she was unable to stay. We tried an online independent Caregiver search service (that required a subscription to use!) and even then, you have to pay more for all the “recommended” checks and vetting. A friend recommended BrightStar and wow, am I glad they did! Shay and Natalie came out and did an interview and assessment for my 82yo mom with the utmost professionalism and especially empathy. They were able to match us up with a fully vetted, wonderful group for us to work with (Sara has really endeared herself to my mom, and is always professionally focused). Also, the fact that they are available to answer any questions by phone 24 hours a day by human beings(!) is huge in my book! Thank you BrightStar!

I am so great full for the nursing staff who came to help take care of my father after he came home from rehab. I felt confident in leaving my father at home in their care while we were not. I would highly recommend BrightStar Care to anyone who needs in home care for a loved one that can not be left alone. They are very flexible in their hours and Miss Shay is very quick to respond to emails if last minute changes occur in scheduling. Both nurses who came to take care of my father were super kind and considerate in helping him with whatever he needed.

We just wanted to make sure that Nurse Kristine got the amazing recognition she deserves. She has been amazing with making the iv treatments less scary, and handles my high anxiety very well. She always checks on me to make sure I'm okay before leaving, and makes sure to ask how we are feeling that day. She cares, wears a mask, and is super kind/caring. She is trans friendly, very respectful, very thorough. All the things we want and need in a nurse. She is amazing.

BrightStar Care of Seminole County meets our needs each time we have a doctor's appointment or special situation arise, and they always go above-and-beyond. That alone is exceptional, but they go even further with personal touches tailored to the individual client which means we can truly rely on them to understand and follow-through as the circumstances require. In the past, we tried other companies who made promises but didn't deliver. BrightStar Care of Seminole County definitely 'delivers' and we're very grateful!
