In 2020, motivated by a desire to make a positive impact and to serve residents in our Seminole County community, Jennifer along with her husband and four children, began a journey to establish a home care agency that fosteres compassion and a client-centric approach. BrightStar Care exceeds the highest standards of care and is a pillar of excellence within the home care industry. Jennifer and her team are dedicated to providing support to clients and peace of mind to the families we serve. 

Hi, my name is Reisy, and I am the Customer Care Manager at BrightStar Care. I have over five years of experience in the medical field, working as an office coordinator and assisting doctors in providing quality patient care. It’s truly a pleasure to work in a role that allows me to serve and connect with my community. I’m passionate about helping individuals and families find the right caregivers and coordinating services that meet their unique needs. My goal is to make every client’s experience smooth, supportive, and guided by the highest standards of care that BrightStar Care is known for.

Hi, I am Dahlia. I have been with BrightStar Care for a little over 3 years. I grew up with family members in healthcare. Watching my family members drove me to a passion for helping others. I was new to home health when I joined the team, but I quickly gained knowledge and appreciation for those who assist our clients. Our home health providers make a difference in clients’ lives because the client can remain home.  Getting the help you need while staying at home is not only convenient but the only option for those who cannot leave on their own. I am proud to be a part of the BrightStar Care of Seminole County team!

Hi, I am Debbie Hoyle.I am the Payroll Manager and have been with Brightstar Care for 8 years. I came to see the importance of home care after my mother was diagnosed with lung-cancer. My family and I took care of her while she was going through chemotherapy, radiation, and later under hospice care. Because of that it helped me to realize how important it is, and how time-consuming it is to care for a family member. I understand now the importance of a professional certified nursing assistant in helping to relieve some of the stress and time constraints upon on the family.

Natalie has been with BrightStar Care Seminole County since 2020 and was promoted to the role of clinical director in 2021. Natalie balances her time between educating, training and managing the clinical team and maintaining a standard of excellence with clinical compliance. Natalie also spends a considerable amount of time directly serving our clients as an incredible nurse.
