As a dedicated Registered Nurse with nearly 15 years of diverse clinical experience, I have built my career across a broad spectrum of healthcare settings, including behavioral health, Emergency Department, progressive care, medical-surgical nursing, long-term care, and corrections. This varied clinical background has strengthened my ability to adapt to complex environments, exercise sound clinical judgment, and provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with diverse and often challenging needs.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong leadership through roles as a Charge Nurse and Nurse Manager, where I have been recognized for building cohesive, collaborative teams, supporting and guiding staff, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety. As a former Clinical Nursing Instructor, I developed a strong passion for mentorship, professional development, education, and the integration of evidence-based practices into daily nursing care. As a Director of Nursing, I am committed to fostering a culture of accountability, respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement while empowering nurses to reach their full professional potential. I bring an adaptive leadership style, strong clinical expertise, and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for both patients and the teams entrusted with their care.
 

My passion for in-home care was ignited through personal experience with a loved one, deepening my understanding of the profound impact that high-quality in-home support can have on families. This connection fuels my dedication to providing exceptional care and ensuring that every client receives the compassion and professionalism they deserve. As a Senior Operations Leader, I have consistently delivered high-quality service by driving lasting improvements through data-driven actions, team development, and strategic partnerships. My leadership, marked by an unwavering commitment to excellence, has streamlined processes, enhanced efficiencies, and achieved significant advancements in service quality, making me a formidable advocate for high-quality in-home care.

My passion for caring for others began at a very young age. My parents owned an adult family home, and growing up, my family lived there for one week and at home for one week. Being surrounded by residents and witnessing the importance of compassionate care from an early age shaped the person I am today. Before becoming a CNA, I was already involved in activities at a long-term care facility, where I discovered how meaningful it was to connect with and support seniors. At 18, I became a licensed CNA through Aging and Long-Term Care of Eastern Washington, beginning a career that has continued to grow and evolve. My journey in senior care has taken me from caregiving and leadership roles to Care Coordinator, Resident Services Director, and now Director of Business Development at BrightStar Care.

Throughout every step, my passion has remained the same: helping people understand that they are not alone and helping families navigate the often overwhelming process of care as their loved ones age. Professionally, what drives me most is helping seniors and their families find safe, reliable, and compassionate home care that allows them to feel supported, valued, and confident in the care they receive.
