Hi..I am posting a review for my best caregiver ever..Her Name is Dawn…she is always there for me..knows what I need even before I do! I would like to give a 5star award. I would like you to please acknowledge her in the best way!

We have been using BrightStar for short term care for my son who requires 24-hour care. We cannot say enough about Theresa O. who is truly amazing and the care my son received from her was outstanding. He always was very happy to know that she was going to take care of him because he loved her.

My experience was phenomenal. I used BrightStar Care for short term care over my wedding weekend to care for my mother who has numerous challenging medical issues that require 24 hour care. Nervous for a trip away from home we brought in BrightStar for additional help during my wedding weekend. There were several times where the extra care proved invaluable. From contacting a medical supply company, shopping for forgotten items, doing peoples make up, our caretaker Andrea was a perfect fit for my mom. While she alone is worthy of 5 stars the conversations with the nursing staff and scheduling coridinators at BrightStar also deserve recognition for making the perfect fit for a perfect weekend.

Maimouna (Chantel) is a wonderful and reliable care giver. When I have to be out of the house for work I don't have to worry, my wife is getting the best possible care in my absence. She is very efficient and goes above and beyond what is required to ensure that my wife is cared for.

Shirley Romeo is caring, hardworking and thoughtful in everything that she does. Yolanda I. Is also a good aide who makes me laugh.

Have provide coverage and communication as needed

I can't say enough about the care my mom receives from Michelle D.! Mom and Michelle play cards, watch movies, laugh, and visit...like a lifelong friend coming to visit (who also helps mom in tip top health!)

My family was under a time crunch to move my father out of a post acute care facility when we met with two representatives from BrightStar, who spent a very long time with us discussing options and personnel that they could provide to help us with home care. They also recommended the hospice organization that we chose and they have been great. When we found we’d overestimated the amount of care time we’d need, BrightStar was flexible, allowing us to make changes quickly. Our personal care worker, though relatively new to the company, has been kind and compassionate to our dad, and willingly does whatever tasks we ask of her. Thanks Leatha and BrightStar! Jon C

My family cannot say enough about our experience with BrightStar. They truly are amazing and the care my mom got was absolutely tremendous, she loved her caregivers, Lynn, Sue, Jean-tel, Lisa, Andrea, Sarah, Sasha, Brittany, and Deb. We would not hesitate to use them in the future. They would be the first call if we need in home care again.
