I love the company, very friendly people. I just started first of October, went to orientation and then had a patient the same week and have had one each week since, I’m PRN but they never fail to find me a client. Love the clients I encounter and the whole experience (from an employee perspective)I appreciate this very much.

Top Notch Care Edena was fabulous. She knew exactly how to assist my wife with getting ready for the day. Such a great attitude and really motivated my wife with her optimism. Taylor in scheduling was on point! She handle every change quickly was so pleasant to speak with.

I truly do not have the proper words to express my gratitude for the way the Bright Star team cared for a dear friend in his last days. They treated everyone they encounter with kindness and grace. Brightstar Care was so professional and extremely easy to work with in setting up care for my Mother. Once we established the regular schedule the caretakers were the same on specific days. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my Mother’s caretakers, Jakara W., Sarah O., Tonya H. and Onome O. They were so compassionate and so loving and treated her with so much dignity and respect. I became friends with each of them and so enjoyed their company. We used Brightstar when my mother in law was in the final stages of dementia. I cannot say enough positive things about their staff. The caregivers were always on time, courteous, friendly and very professional. The office staff took very good care of billing and paperwork for her long term care policy. We were so impressed at how well everyone works well together at Briightstar and highly recommended their services.

I was in an sudden need for a sitter for my husband coming home from the hospital. I call Bright Star and spoke to Scott who assured me he could help. Comfort came and for those nights she stayed with him, I was able to sleep knowing she was watching over him. She related well with my husband and anticipated his needs. The BrightStar team was not only trustworthy and reliable, they are incredibly caring and professional. In a difficult time, they made care available immediately to my father. Being remote, it was tough to think about finding trustworthy caregivers to go into the home and BrightStar is not only trustworthy, but Rose was a caring, generous individual who provided wonderful care and attention and also made herself available even during the holidays. In addition, the team from end to end was very professional, from the caring team to the administrative process, which was seamless. We needed someone quickly and Scott and his team were able to mobilize to get us support immediately. In addition, the team was so responsive and always available to answer questions, regardless of the time of day. I know we will need support in the future and there is no question that being remote from my parents, I would trust no one else than BrightStar with the care of my elderly parents.

Everyone at BrightStar was fantastic to deal with. They sent a registered nurse to evaluate my mother's needs, which showed us how important good car was to them. My mother's caregiver, Shazia, was amazingly generous, attentive, and conscientious. I will definitely use them again when my mother returns for an extended stay.
