After open heart sugery, I used Brightstar services as I live alone and needed help. They sent me Lucy for three days and she was a huge help and very attentive to needs with out being asked. She pretty much knew to identify issues and help in those zones. Then they sent Patsy for four days who was super on low fat meal preps and a great cook. She prepared meals in advance from what I had delivered from HEB delivery service. Low carb, low fat and delish. She also drove me to my dr appointments. Patsy was also a great help and I was grateful for both the people that Brightstar sent. Both had the right mind sets for home health care.

Brightstar care of Sugarland is a wonderful company. The employees all have a heart for taking care of their clients. The company strives to take care of their employee's needs, as well as the office offers a welcoming environment. Brightstar offers training that equips you with all you need to be a successful team member. I would highly recommend working there and having them take care of your loved ones. ;o)

The caregivers at BrightStar were top notch. We had to quickly get support for our family member who was placed in home hospice and we need someone to be with her during the day and over night. Chidinma came at night and Hurai came during the day. As we had not had to deal with full time care for our mother this was a difficult time for us. Both caregivers were very compassionate with her and were supportive of us, often providing care and emotional assistance for our family members as much as for our mother. I want to thank the BrightStar team for being flexible and quickly setting up the support team that we needed during this trying time. Scott and Team did an excellent job and the process was as seamless as possible.

I knew BrightStar was the right service for my Brother after my 1st conversation with Scott Yokley. He wanted personal insight about his potential new client to match my Brother’s needs and personality with the proper staffers. We used BrightStar for 6 weeks, beginning with 24/7 care. As his condition improved, Haley and Rose handled his scheduling needs with friendly and efficient flexibility. They were incredibly responsive and checked in constantly to ensure that everything was going well. They were able to line up caregivers on short notice and matched us with great caregivers.
