Job Description Responsible for managing all recruiting and medical staffing processes, including staff recruitment and management, client scheduling and service, issue resolution.
Recruiting & Staffing -Actively recruit candidates by posting openings on social media, job boards, professional organizations and other venues -Contact available applicant base for new employee pipeline development - please note extensive recruitment tools and budget will be provided to assist with the flow of applicants -Gather and review resumes and background information -Screen and interview applicants -Assist in orientation and onboarding of new staff -Prepare recruitment and personnel compliance reports for management
Staffing & Customer Care Coordination -Effectively manage the customer care and serve as point of contact for client relations -Schedule staff for both new and existing client engagements -Manage staff absences to ensure that all engagements are staffed -Review weekly timesheets -Arbitrate employee issues impacting client services -Assist in managing client relations, including field staff introduction and seeking feedback; deliver excellent customer service -Answer office phones, including the "on-call" 24/7 phone after normal business hours -Skillfully handle incoming intake calls and job orders from potential clients -Prepare staffing / scheduling reports for management
HR Management -Maintain paper and electronic personnel files and monitor credentials compliance -Gather feedback on employee performance and customer satisfaction -Complete employee performance reviews at regular intervals -Provide exceptional customer service and operate with our BrightStar Core Values Traits: This person needs to have a tenacious and competitive personality and spirit. This role needs a person strong in communication, multi-tasking and driving revenue by staffing order fulfillment.
Organization Structure & Reports: This position reports to the agency Director of Operations. This role may evolve into a leadership position as the Medical Staffing service vertical develops at the agency. The position may involve managing direct reports responsible for recruitment and scheduling fulfilment.
 Performance Based Job Objectives: - Drive revenue and run solid margins -Retain talent - Net New Hires-are new hire candidates that will be assigned to work with our home care and medical staffing clients/facilities. Achieving a defined weekly quota of Net New Hires will be required. - Provide top notch quality assurance- Ensure all employees on assignment are 100% compliant with BrightStar Care standards at all times. This will take a person with strong attention detail and commitment to BrightStar Care Core Values. -Hit 100% Weekly Scheduling Fulfillment Compensation Annual salary range is based on strength and experience of the candidate. Performance bonus potential. Generous PTO.

Education and Experience: -Bachelor’s Degree preferred, significant (2 years +) experience in a similar position or an acceptable alternative -Superior customer service orientation and excellent communication skills -Must be comfortable handling complex scheduling demands and multi-tasking -Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and report writing -Strongly preferred -Prior work experience in home healthcare and medical staffing industry -Knowledge in HR related laws and regulations
