A CPA with 30+ years in healthcare finance, he previously directed revenue cycle for an $85M+ physician practice, achieving 99% first-pass claim acceptance and denial rates below 3%. He maintains compliance infrastructure spanning HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback, and payer contracting.

Ashlie Bridegum leads workforce strategy and enterprise operations, overseeing onboarding, credentialing, payroll, benefits, and compliance auditing across the organization.
