I want to share how pleased I am with services provided for my disabled niece by Deivonni and Nurse Meagan. Last Saturday my niece got injuried on our walk. She's wheelchair bounded and fell out of her chair and landing on her face. I updated Deivonni, who calming me down, and provided me with options. A review of her wheelchair resulted in the strap clip being broken. I took my niece to her PCP, and then the ER for X-rays. Deivonni called us to check in on us on Sunday and then again Monday morning. She also completed her shift with my niece on Monday and shared updates to the nurse who coordinate visit for Tuesday. Nurse Meagan called me, updated me on Deivonni's report and comfirm visit. Tuesday Nurse Meagan came, and review my niece's injuries, and vital. The support I received from Deivonni and Nurse Meagan was so exceptional. They were here for my niece... and me. My niece requires total care for all her needs. BrighterStar Care provided my niece and me with exceptional care and service. THANK YOU Deivonni and Nurse Meagan for your support and service.

Nurse Meagan and Nurse Nereida Ortiz have been absolutely wonderful in the care of my dad, who is in hospice. Additionally, the scheduling team does an outstanding. And Christina, in billing, is great at keeping me informed of hours worked and invoicing on a timely manner.

All the people at BrightStar Care have been Fantastic towards the Care of our Daughter April. She has received incrediably kind extremely attentive consistent and patient care provided by Daniela, Kimberly and Jennifer of our Bright Star Caregiving Team along with great care plan development and oversight by Meagan, the RN Clinical Supervisor assigned to her. The Customer Care Staff has also gone the extra mile to provide help and support on a weekly basis. We would highly recommend BrightStar Care to any Family that needs help providing care for a loved one.

We have had wonderful experience with Brightstar nursing! I would recommend them to anyone looking! Deanna is great with handling the patient care and advocating for my daughter’s needs! Our nurse Anna has been with us since the day we left the hospital with a trach and she has helped our family in more ways than just being an amazing nurse to our daughter! Couldn’t have asked for a for a better set of nurses that are on my daughter’s care!

Mercedes has been our caregiver for my grandson this disabled and everybody at the Company has always been there for me and helping me set up times where they’re so needed. I’m very grateful.

I have been with Brightstar for 6 months now, Nurse Megan is very informative and comes ready to do the assessment and Gesenia the caregiver is been a great blessing to our family, she is a loving and amazing caregiver for my daughter, she is always prompt to take care of things and always prepare to assist Bella with her needs.

The thing is, no one ever wants to have to have home health nursing care for their child. But when you need it, you want the very best you can get. It was important to me that the agency that sent a nurse to care for my precious daughter actually cared for us as a family, and took good care of their employees. That is what we have found in BrightStar (and I’ve tried other agencies, so I have a comparison). Traci and Jennifer, her nurses, are kind and compassionate but also very knowledgeable. Meagan the nursing supervisor is always available to assist. Eric and Christina really are my partners in fighting the insurance to get the hours the doctors say we need. And Shaletia and Linette are always available for any questions I have about scheduling, etc. BrightStar is a whole TEAM of people who really care about my daughter.
