My child is happy and in good spirits when I am going on errands and working knowing bright star has been able to help me find good aids for my child in home ,carrying and understanding of my child and her needs" having 1 of my daughters aids is bilingual and speaking "SPANISH "with her is very good and getting her up and ready for school as well as an energetic aid that is young and able to keep up with my childs actions and has a great bond with. just knowing that when I leave my child in her care I am able to go on and have me time and relax knowing she is in great hands I thank bright star for finding a good fit and more than 1 Aid for my little one!! BrightStar has been a great help in my life. The caregiver Valerie is pleasant and very attentive to my daughter. She’s always on time, makes sure my daughter eats, gives her a bath, and helps her with homework. The process to get started was fast and simple. The office staff is very kind.
