BrightStar Care has been providing my care for more than a year now, and, in that time, we have had two outstanding caregivers. One moved away, but our current one, Nathchare, is fantastic. She is very reliable, always on time, ALWAYS in a good mood, and proactively looks for ways to be helpful. I could not ask for a better home health aide. BrightStar also keeps up with my medical situation, with an assigned nurse, Meagan. She knows my complex medical needs well, and always makes sure to keep any changes noted in the chart. They are also great to reach out before hurricanes/potential natural disasters, to make sure that I have an evacuation plan in place, if necessary. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
