Veteran Alliance Network (Lake Elsinore)

- This FREE event empowers veterans through camaraderie, financial education, VA home loan guidance, nonprofit connections, and mentorship opportunities. A great chance to build community and access trusted services.
- Date: Saturday, September 27
- Location: The Golf Club @ Rancho California, Murrieta
- A fun, engaging event raising awareness and support for veteran-focused projects.
- Held monthly, typically on Thursdays from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, via Teams. Great for staying plugged in—including public discussion of veteran issues and event planning.

- Local Resources:
American Legion Post 200, Temecula Vet Center, Warrior Built Foundation, VFW Post 1508, U.S. Vets at March ARB, Wounded Warrior Project, Canine Support Teams, and Warfighter Made. - City Services:
The city also runs a Veterans Memorial Brick Recognition Program and Active Military Banner Program to honor service members.
- Hosts military-themed events including Veterans Day Parade, Memorial Day Ceremonies, Field of Honor, and a special Mother’s Day brunch for military moms.
- Veterans Resource Center: Provides local support for transitioning veterans, plus a free VA transportation bus for appointments.
- MilVet (Murrieta):
Offers walk-in support (2nd & 4th Tuesdays, 9 AM–4 PM) for VA claims, benefits, and emergency aid. Programs include care packages for deployed troops and holiday support. - Veterans Advocacy Associates (VAA):
Located in Murrieta, VAA helps veterans and spouses access VA benefits like Aid & Attendance and service-connected compensation.
- Riverside County Veterans’ Services:
Provides claim filing, employment help, VRIP (Reintegration Program), burial planning, and more. Multiple locations (including Temecula) serve the region. - Temecula Vet Center: Supports counseling and benefits access.
- Provides primary care, mental health, audiology, lab services, pharmacy, telehealth, and My HealtheVet support. Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Includes disabled veteran transportation options.
