BrightStar Care of The Monterey Peninsula was proud to sponsor and participate in the 2026 Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Monterey on Saturday, October 17, at Custom House Plaza. It was an incredible day filled with hope, compassion, and community spirit as families, caregivers, and supporters came together for a cause that touches so many lives.
One of the most rewarding parts of the event was meeting so many wonderful families and hearing their stories. Each conversation was a meaningful reminder of why raising awareness and supporting those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia is so important.
Our Care Team Walking for a Cause
We were especially proud to have members of our BrightStar Care team out walking and showing their support. Our caregivers make a difference in people's lives every day, and seeing that same dedication and compassion extend beyond the homes of our clients and into our community was truly special.
For our team, this walk was more than just an event. It was an opportunity to stand alongside the families we serve, honor those affected by Alzheimer's, and support the ongoing efforts to find a cure.
