  • Richard Blut

    Owner and Director of Operations
    Richard has over twenty years of administrative and operations experience in large public organizations including a hospital. He managed the administration and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). He is experienced in all facets of human resources, employee engagement, customer experience, and systems automation.  He is driven by a passion for helping others and enjoys giving back to the community, including having served as the President of his local Alzheimer’s Association. His journey is about combining his professional background with a heartfelt commitment to making a difference in the lives of those who need it the most. Richard has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Reno and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

  • Kathleen Stinchcombe

    Director of Nursing
    Kathleen Stinchcombe brings over 26 years of registered nursing experience in a wide variety of health care settings – ICU, Emergency Room, Post Anesthesia, Medical Surgical, Acute Rehabilitation, and Telemetry.  For the last five years she served as a case manager in home health nursing on the Monterey Peninsula. In addition to her nursing degree, she holds degrees in Literature and Journalism from California State University. She attended the Maurine Church Coburn School of Nursing at Monterey Peninsula College where she founded THE CENTRAL LINE, a newsletter for nursing students, which is now in its thirty fourth year of publication.

    Zeandae “Zee” Johnson is a former professional athlete for the Minnesota Vikings and a proud UC Berkeley graduate who double majored in Law and Business. Throughout his career he has focused on helping people through times of need. He possesses a wealth of knowledge that stems from multiple licenses and certifications as well as experience. With his background, Zee is well suited to be of service in a time of need!
