BrightStar Care of The Monterey Peninsula is excited to participate in the Seniors Resource Fair & Veterans Connect at the Monterey County Fair!
The event will be held on Thursday, September 3, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Seaside Room, with entry through Gate 5. The event connects seniors and veterans with more than 35 community services and programs in one convenient location.
Stop By and Meet the BrightStar Care Team
If you or a loved one is exploring care and support options, we invite you to stop by the BrightStar Care of The Monterey Peninsula table and meet our team.
We’ll be available to answer questions and share information about the services we provide throughout Monterey County, including:

- Transportation and assistance with daily activities

- Support for veterans and their families
Our goal is to help individuals and families better understand the care options available to help seniors remain safe, supported, and independent at home.
Resources and Support for Veterans
Veterans and their families are especially encouraged to stop by and connect with our team. BrightStar Care works with veterans and families who may need support at home, including personal care, respite services, companionship, transportation, and skilled nursing services based on individual needs and eligibility.
Our team can help explain available care options, answer questions about starting services, and discuss how home care can support veterans who want to remain safely and comfortably at home.
Enjoy the Resource Fair
In addition to connecting with local organizations, attendees can enjoy giveaways, live entertainment, health screenings, and complimentary snacks.
Seniors age 62 and older also receive free admission to the Monterey County Fair that day.
