Yesterday, BrightStar Care of The Monterey Peninsula was proud to attend the 2026 Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Monterey Kickoff at Estéban Restaurant in downtown Monterey.
The kickoff brought together local advocates, volunteers, sponsors, community partners, and families who share a commitment to supporting those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. It was an inspiring evening filled with connection, purpose, and excitement for this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
Representing BrightStar Care of The Monterey Peninsula were Richard Blut, owner, and Warren, our Community Resource Specialist. Richard also serves on the Monterey Walk to End Alzheimer’s committee, helping support the planning and success of this important community event.
Proud to Sponsor and Participate
BrightStar Care of The Monterey Peninsula is honored to sponsor and participate in this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
Our work brings us alongside individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, as well as the family members and caregivers who support them each day. We understand that dementia affects more than one person—it touches entire families and communities.
That is why this cause is especially meaningful to our team.
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s provides an opportunity for our community to come together, honor those we have lost, support those currently living with dementia, recognize dedicated family caregivers, and raise funds to advance Alzheimer’s care, support, education, advocacy, and research.
We were grateful to connect with so many people at the kickoff who are committed to creating a future without Alzheimer’s.
