Katherine  Mooney is the owner of BrightStar Care of Tyler and Longview, where she is dedicated to helping clients receive compassionate, high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes. Katherine works closely with the care team to ensure exceptional service while building strong relationships with local healthcare providers, families, and community partners.

Driven by a passion for helping others, Katherine is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of clients and their loved ones. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and is actively involved in her community. She lives in Tyler with her husband and co-owner Josiah Mooney, and their 5 children.

Julia is a registered nurse with nine years of experience and serves as our Director of Nursing. With a background in trauma, orthopedic, bariatric, medical-surgical, and telemetry nursing, as well as leadership experience as a nurse manager, Julia is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care for every client. She oversees clinical care, supports and mentors our caregivers and nurses, and is committed to fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence.

Following a family legacy in healthcare, Julia is passionate about serving the East Texas community by leading with empathy, encouraging professional growth, and helping every patient feel valued and cared for.

Lindsey dedicates her life to serving others and strives to spread joy throughout the community. As our Community Liaison, she is your first contact when considering home care for a loved one. New to the role, but very enthusiastic, Lindsey is committed to ensuring needs are being met throughout east Texas. Residing in Tyler, with her husband and four children, she enjoys spending time with family, wandering through consignment shops, and attending community events.
