I manage a medical practice in Louisville, KY and had Teresa Doyle from Bright Star Care stop by and leave us some of their cards and information. She explained a little bit about what they offer, and was beyond helpful and kind! We recently had a patient need additional care following surgery so I reached out to her directly and she was able to help me right away! It's not often anymore that you can call somewhere and be helped with a real person in a timely manner! But after just a quick 5 minute phone call she was able to schedule the care the patient needed and we were all set! I cannot recommend Teresa and her team enough!

I joined BrightStar in January of 2025. I have been with this amazing company for over a year now and I have loved every day. They care deeply about their employees, their clients, and spend time ensuring they are doing the best they can to support them. Our DON Leigh, who oversees the nursing team is passionate, intelligent, and always on our team. Katie and Jess are a part of the office staff who are always willing to help and support us in any way that they can. They are understanding, patient, and excellent communicators. I am so grateful to be a part of the BrightStar Care team!

I use Brightstar for a monthly infusion that I get. They are a wonderful company. Their nurses are very caring . My particular nurse Joann makes me feel very comfortable. I had an allergic reaction one time and she knew just what to do and stayed hours past the time she needed to to make sure I was comfortable. Great company.

I have been with BrightStar for almost 2 years & I have had nothing but positive experiences. Their nurses are informed & professional. Everyone at BrightStar is very caring & concerned about that I had everything I needed. They made sure to make everything from ordering supplies to dealing coordinating with doctors was handled so i wasn't stressed. Brightstar provided at home care 24/7 for my Father in Law for the last 3 months of his life. My husband and I did not live near him and could not be there to provide the supervision and care he needed. His wishes were to be at home til the end. Brightstar caregivers became his friends when he couldn’t leave the house. They brought him food some days, watched his westerns and basketball games with him, even helped our family throw a surprise party at his house. One caregiver, Ana even stayed with him for 3 days nonstop when the snowstorm came. She was with him when he fell and had to get stitches and again when he passed away. As family members, we always felt heard with our concerns and our questions about how he was doing. We chose Brightstar for the reviews and recommendations from the hospital and the attention we received when we transitioned him home from the hospital. Thank you Brightstar for all the attention. Our family highly recommends Brightstar.
