Absolutely the best agency to work with! (And we tried many others.) First, the owner, Heather, went above and beyond to get us signed up quickly and with the best caregivers, at a time we desperately needed. She called often and checked in to see how things were going daily at first, and then quite often after that. She was always a phone call away. She is caring, and seemed to understand what we needed as a family even before we did. She is the best! Second, I'd like to give a shout out to caregiver, Dorothy. I cannot express the gratitude I have for her caring, empathetic manner of working with my sister and father. She never missed a day and even ended up staying overnight last minute several times when bad weather was impending or when my sister needed extra care. Dorothy was loved by everyone she came into contact with. We still consider her a part of our family, even though my sister died, and we no longer have the privilege of working with her. Last, I'd like to give a shout out to caregiver, Heather, who was another fantastic caregiver. She went above and beyond as well. Totally committed to helping my sister be as comfortable as possible in such a loving way. I cannot express how much I enjoyed working with Heather L. and all the people at BrightStar Care of Maple Grove/Andover. I highly recommend them to work with your loved ones!

I am so thankful for Brightstar Care. Their caregivers provided companion care and showering help for my husband who has dementia. Their visits gave me an afternoon off once a week to do whatever I wanted or needed to do. All of the caregivers we met were professional, kind, reliable and friendly. From the moment I contacted Bright Star and received almost immediate help 24/7 - I have been continually impressed and happy with the staff and help they provide. What wonderful, intelligent, warm, sensitive people. Heather (the owner) certainly knows how to hire! They are giving my 80 year old husband with the care he needs that were exhausting me. They notice details and have ideas on how to solve the many little issues that arise with dementia and aging. They are kind to him and are calm themselves. I appreciate every wonderful moment of assistance they are providing. A dream come true!

BrightStar was there for me after I had surgery and needed someone to be with me. Rowena’s was wonderful to me. She made sure I was up for my medications and was safe while walking around my home. The process was easy. I called on a Thursday, had an intake appointment on Friday, and she was there when I got home from the hospital at 8. I highly recommend BrightStar and if the need comes up again I will call them immediately

My care giver is enthusiastic and willing to do even small tasks that would yake me a long time. She accompanied me to a hospital visit and did a great job. Im very happy with the service so far.
