Thanks to Cathy, Maureen, and the caregivers of BrightStar of North Central Broward Co. of Coral Springs. I needed their assistance because I live out of state and I needed their help to get my 92 year old mother back and forth to her doctor and hospital visits over a 2 month period. They even assisted us with transitioning mom to a care facility when things declined. Cathy is amazing to work with. She was alway available, which meant we had the flexibility to schedule help whenever we needed it. She also helped us work through the right fit of people who would care for mom. The quality of care and sincerity of mom’s aides allowed mom to feel like she had a friend as a companion rather than a caregiver. I posted a review 3 years ago, and feel it is important to note 3 years later & this is STILL a 5 STAR company!!! We found the toughest part is getting an aide to "click" with the patient, Cathy, Jentie and all office staff are available to assist, they listen, they pay attention, they work with the patient and find the right fit. My opinion has not changed, this is the company to care for your loved one.

My mother is 92 years old and we needed extra help for her over these past 2 years. We were very fortunate to have found Cathy and BrightStar Care North Central Broward. Cathy, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. She was always polite, professional, helpful and would go out of her way to help us with caregivers for mom.She always responded immediately when we called her, and even at times when we gave her very short notice, she came up with a plan for us. She provided us with excellent quality caregivers, which was so much better than a previous company we had worked with before. I would highly recommend Cathy and Brightstar without any hesitation.

This Agency is Family owned and operated, and I love that they W-2 their Caregivers as Employees, as all Agency Caregivers are technically Employees, under the law. When you treat your Employees with respect and dignity, you get better quality candidates that are more dedicated to a job well done. In addition, they background screen their Employees, both local and federal. I recently used Bright Star Home Health, while recuperating from a lumbar spinal fusion with posterior screws. The care I received was excellent, starting with the initial interview with the Home Health Nurse. Everything felt personalized and tailored to my needs, and the Caregivers chosen were hand picked by the owner, Cathy Farias. I feel very blessed and grateful to have found such an amazing and reputable Agency, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for a Loved One. Thank you, Cathy.
