Dave Drauch | Owner
As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and owner of BrightStar Care® of the North Hills in Pittsburgh, my goal is to help seniors and disabled adults live comfortably and safely in their homes for as long as possible. My family’s personal experience caring for my son after suffering traumatic brain injury inspired us to support other families struggling to care for their loved ones at home by opening a new BrightStar Care office in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA. I earned my undergraduate degree from Penn State and graduate degree from Lehigh University. When I heard about BrightStar Care, I decided it was a perfect opportunity to help families, create jobs, and give back to the community. While this is a second career for me, helping out families in need and providing quality jobs for our great staff is the most meaningful and rewarding work I’ve ever done.
Holly Heller - Vice President of Operations
Holly is responsible for ensuring that the office is operating smoothly- she supports recruiting, billing, payroll, IT, customer and caregiver satisfaction and training. Holly started with BrightStar as a Customer Care Manager in 2016. She became HR manager in May of 2018. Holly's background not only includes professional caregiving experience, but also extensive experience with office administration, A/R and payroll.
Denice Seifert - Director of Nursing
Denice began her career for BrightStar Care in March 2017. As Director of Nursing she conducts the initial home assessments for all new clients and she creates their plan of care. Denice also supervises care provided by BrightStar staff. After earning her RN in 1991, Denice continued her love of nursing working at Alleghany General Hospital and Western PA School for Blind Children. Her goal is to provide quality care to allow our clients to safely function in the comfort of their home.
Hannah Kish - Director of Caregiver Services
Hannah began her career at Brightstar Care as a Caregiver in 2016. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to Field Specialist where she had the opportunity to get to know many of our clients and began to learn the role of Customer Care Manager. Hannah then worked as a Customer Care Manager for a little over a year before changing roles again and jumping into HR and recruiting. Hannah is constantly pushing to learn and grow. Hannah’s hoping to enroll in some HR classes to further her career.
Alyssa Minichiello - Recruitment Manager
Alyssa began her career with BrightStar Care in 2017 as the Recruitment Manager. She is responsible for growing our incredible field staff by posting jobs, phone screening candidates and scheduling interviews. She came with over 5 years of recruiting experience and holds a BA from Penn State in Journalism.
Christina Cummings - Customer Care Manager
Christina joined the BrightStar team in March of 2020. She is a CNA with a background in Healthcare Administration. Christina is passionate about music and in her free time she DJs for online radio stations. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dog when she is not working.
