I’m Jackie Steiner and I am the Director of Operations at BrightStar Care.I joined this incredible team in June of 2022, bringing over 20 years of operational leadership experience. I am primarily responsible for assisting the office team with day-to-day operations while providing support to our clients and field staff. I have spent most of my professional career in industries that focus on health and wellness, finding the greatest satisfaction in serving others.I am proud to work for a company that strives to meet the needs of our clients and families with the highest standard of care and professionalism. There is nothing more exciting than meeting new people, hearing their stories, and being inspired. When I am not working, I enjoy being outdoors and listening to live music, but most importantly, spending time with my son, boyfriend, and our families.

I have over 20 years of experience in Customer Service and Office Administration. Having lived both domestically and abroad, I have gained diverse knowledge and professional experiences. I joined the BrightStar team in September 2018, and since then, I have been striving to work hard and set goals to elevate our team's push for operational excellence. My ultimate goal is to bring customer satisfaction to new heights. I am a well-rounded, dedicated, and passionate leader. My professional journey has allowed me to become detail-oriented and efficient while also having a heart for interacting with and managing people. I believe these qualities have been instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment. I uphold every client care service interaction by the BrightStar Standard while showing compassion as if they were my own family members. Apart from my professional life, I indulge in my passions. As an avid traveler, I find joy in exploring new cultures and landscapes with my loved ones. I also love gardening, which allows me to connect with nature and cultivate beauty. My culinary adventures bring warmth and creativity to my kitchen, and my family enjoys the delicious meals I make. Biking is another activity that I cherish because it keeps me energized and connected to a clear and decompressed mind.

Through these professional industries I was put on a path that led me to BrighStar Care in April of 2021. As an integral part of BrightStar Care Team since January 2023, I bring over 8 years of experience in the home health care industry specifically in Case Management and HR Support. Utilizing the extensive knowledge gained throughout my professional career, I am dedicated to playing a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success. My primary goal is to build and grow our team by recruiting quality staff members who share not only our values, vision, and passion for helping others but strive to provide the highest level of care based on upholding our company standard.
