I’m Jackie Steiner and I am the Director of Operations at BrightStar Care.I joined this incredible team in June of 2022, bringing over 20 years of operational leadership experience. I am primarily responsible for assisting the office team with day-to-day operations while providing support to our clients and field staff. I have spent most of my professional career in industries that focus on health and wellness, finding the greatest satisfaction in serving others.I am proud to work for a company that strives to meet the needs of our clients and families with the highest standard of care and professionalism. There is nothing more exciting than meeting new people, hearing their stories, and being inspired. When I am not working, I enjoy being outdoors and listening to live music, but most importantly, spending time with my son, boyfriend, and our families.

I joined the team in May of 2025, bringing over 10 years of operational leadership experience. I have spent my professional career in the healthcare industry and strive to deliver the highest standard of care by creating positive and supportive environments conducive to growth. I aim to deliver exceptional care for our clients by providing access to the care, support, and resources needed to maintain their independence. When I’m not in the office you will find me enjoying the outdoors with my puppy Jettson, taking a day trip on my motorcycle, or spending quality time with my family and friends.

I bring a strong background in service and care integration, paired with a passion for creating meaningful impact in the communities I serve. My goal is to build strategic partnerships, strengthen our reach, and expand BrightStar Care’s mission of providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Prior to joining BrightStar Care, I cultivated extensive experience in client-facing roles across both healthcare and service sectors—helping organizations grow while keeping the individual needs of patients at the forefront. I believe the most rewarding work happens when service, trust, and dedication intersect.

When I’m not coordinating growth initiatives, I’m exploring new cuisines in the kitchen or traveling with my wife—seeking out fresh experiences and flavors. These adventures fuel my creativity and remind me of the diverse communities we serve here at BrightStar Care.

I have a seasoned 20-year tenure in the Human Resources and Finance sectors with professional ethos deep rooted in ethical practices. Through these professional industries I was put on a path that led me to BrighStar Care in April of 2021. My professionalism is marked by significant contributions where gaining this experience has allowed me to set a benchmark in customer service excellence. With a keen eye for detail and a heart full of compassion, I try to consistently demonstrate my ability to understand and address the nuanced needs of both clients and employees. My approach to customer care goes beyond mere transactions; it's about building lasting relationships based on trust and understanding while prioritizing transparency and integrity. My commitment to the BrightStar Standard and Core Values has served as a guiding light in client care needs. While my family and friends are the most important thing in my life; I am an avid water enthusiast, with a passion for swimming and free diving. My love for family, adventure, and constant pursuit of personal challenges mirrors my professional journey—always diving deeper, reaching further, and emerging stronger. I joined BrightStar in 2024 and bring over eight years of experience in the healthcare field. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to providing compassionate, generous care to those in need. I truly enjoy making a difference in the lives of individuals who face challenges with daily tasks, offering support with patience and understanding. I take pride in helping others and strive each day to bring comfort and dignity to those I care for. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my children and embracing the everyday moments of life.

Growing up in a large family filled with both children and elderly relatives, caregiving has always been a natural part of my life. From a young age, I took on the responsibility of helping care for loved ones, which sparked my passion for supporting others. As a CNA, I bring not only clinical skills and professionalism, but also genuine compassion, patience, and a strong work ethic. My experience in the medical field has given me a great understanding of empathy and the importance of treating every individual with dignity and respect. I have two children and 3 dogs that I go home and give my love to whenever I am not at work. I believe my purpose is to spread love and nurture the people that need it most, and that is what I aim to accomplish every day when I wake up.

Since joining BrightStar Care in 2011, I have had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, each deepening my commitment to providing a higher standard of care and peace of mind for our clients and their families. I am passionate about fostering a supportive team environment where our caregivers and nurses feel valued. By supporting those who care for our clients, we ensure they continue to provide the exceptional care our clients deserve.
