She is very proud of the services provided and the work that is done every day – truly making a difference for people. Mrs. Aggarwal feels that the most important part of patient care is “treating your patients as family… always giving them the same respect, time and care that you would expect for your own loved ones.” Having lived in Middlesex County for over 20 years, Reeta understands the needs of the local community and is proud to provide the finest healthcare services available, wherever and whenever you need them. Reeta is also very proud of all the BrightStar Care employees (field and office staff). Catherine Sutter, RN is the Director of Nursing and has been working for BrightStar Care® of Northern Middlesex since March 2010. Catherine is currently pursuing her BSN. Ms. Sutter began working as a field nurse for BrightStar Care doing assessments. She is happy to state that some of the clients she saw initially are still her clients today! While still doing assessments for BrightStar Care, Catherine also worked as the lead nurse for a health and wellness team with physical therapists, as well as personal fitness trainers. They performed musculoskeletal testing, as well as glucose, blood pressure, nutrition counseling, and vaccine administration. In the course of several months Catherine saw just over 3500 clients! They were responsible for saving multiple people who had no idea their blood pressure or glucose levels were critically dangerous. Catherine is making more possible for BrightStar Care by choosing to identify with the client on a personal level whenever possible rather than taking a "medical" approach. “I find this avenue of nursing to be very rewarding and comforting to the client as well. While health history and medical needs are addressed, I am able to provide comfort and interest in the person’s life. Additionally, I find I learn a lot more about their needs this way. I come from a family of nurses- my mother, as well as 3 of my aunts, and 2 of my cousins are nurses! I couldn't imagine not being a nurse!” On her spare time, Catherine enjoys playing with her children. You can reach her at catherine.sutter@brighstarcare.com
