She is very proud of the services provided and the work that is done every day – truly making a difference for people. Mrs. Aggarwal feels that the most important part of patient care is “treating your patients as family… always giving them the same respect, time and care that you would expect for your own loved ones.” Having lived in Middlesex County for over 27 years, Reeta understands the needs of the local community and is proud to provide the finest healthcare services available, wherever and whenever you need them. Reeta is also very proud of ALL our BrightStar Care team (field and office staff). Providing quality Homecare services is definitely a team effort – dedication, hard work, compassion and true love for caring. Cynthia Hernandez, RN, BSN is the Director of Nursing and has been working for BrightStar Care® of Northern Middlesex since August 2017. Cynthia brings a higher level of nursing experience, having been a cardiac (telemetry) nurse for over five years – working in a Critical Care setting. Besides general nursing, Cynthia is very experienced with pre/post-operative care, chest tubes, blood draws, drains, infusion pumps, G-tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, Foleys, and various other healthcare equipment.  Cynthia is exceptional in the Standards of Practice (assessments, nursing outcomes, and process identification. She knows the value of teaching/implementing/coordinating of health promotion and evaluation.  Cynthia makes more possible for BrightStar Care clients by choosing to identify with the client on a personal level whenever possible. She knows that while health history and medical needs are addressed, she is able to provide comfort and interest in a client’s life. “I provide all of my clients with the very best care and advocacy that I can. It is important that clients are comfortable and confident in our abilities. I also how important it is to act as advocates for our clients and give a voice to concerns.” In her free time – Cynthia enjoys creative projects, home décor, family time, and soaking up the sun poolside! Kerry Campbell is the Branch Manager at BrightStar Care® of Northern Middlesex, and has been a team member since January 2012. Ms. Campbell was a Certified Home Health Aide for two years, which began her career in healthcare – she has now been in healthcare for over 11 years now. Kerry’s major strengths include her compassion towards others in need, multitasking capability, being easy-going and not letting the stress impact her tone or demeanor. Kerry has excellent customer service skills, and is truly a great listener. She loves helping the Elderly population, especially knowing that in homecare we are assisting seniors live independently in the comfort of their home. On her spare time, Kerry enjoys doing arts and crafts with her children, sewing, reading, and cooking. Ms. Campbell has participated in numerous bike rides, runs, and walks for charity, including doing the “Walk to End Alzheimer’s Disease” for over five years! Lillian Harris is an Office Administrator and Certified Home Health Aide and has been working for BrightStar Care® of Northern Middlesex since November 2015. She has had past experiences in healthcare, being a Dietician Aide and a Phlebotomist. Lillian enjoys making her clients smile, going the extra mile to make them feel comfortable, and “helping them with anything I can do for them.” Lillian’s organizational skills, her attention to detail and her love for the BrighStar Care team has made Lillian an invaluable asset in the office. Sheetal Malhotra has been working with BrightStar Care® of Northern Middlesex office as the Scheduler since June 2018. Sheetal has had experience in homecare prior to joining the BrightStar Care team, working with not only adults – but also with children with disabilities. Sheetal loves matching our clients with the right caregiver, that they grow to love and even become like family to them. Sheetal’s organizational skills, her friendly and compassionate manner, and her willingness to helps anyone at any time have made her a valuable asset to the growing BrightStar Care team. Sheetal loves “EVERYTHING” about her job and enjoys “working in an office were all come together to work as a team.” In her spare time, Sheetal enjoys doing Yoga, watching movies, and spending time with friends & family. Teri Kramer-Millerick has been working with BrightStar Care® of Northern Middlesex office as the Community Outreach Liaison (Sales) since October 2015.
Teri has immense experience in healthcare – working in medical transportation, Hospice and in ALFs/SNFs. Teri had transitioned into homecare because she believes in the individual's right and desire to continue to live at home – which in turn makes a difference in the quality of their lives. As part of BrightStar Care's Outreach team, Teri also visits many senior centers and senior care facilities to educate the community on various topics. Teri is dedicated to making clients feel like family, because she believes that everyone she meets should be treated as though they are a loved one of hers. Teri says that “whether offering a compassionate ear or trouble-shooting to help our team with other needs (like assisting with filling a shift), we know we are making much more possible in bringing peace of mind and care to our clients and their families.” Staying positive and sharing the love – that’s what it means to be successful.  In her spare time, Teri enjoys taking pictures, learning new things, and giving back to the community. Estelle Dziubek has been working with BrightStar Care® of Northern Middlesex office as the Recruiter since May 2018. Estelle has a great deal of experience in HR and recruitment in various industries. On a personal level, prior to joining the BrightStar Care team Estelle has had much personal experience in homecare, wound care, post-transplant care, post-stroke care, post CABG care, and end-of-life care - being the primary caregiver for her father, her mother, and even her husband. Estelle had even gotten an education to train in Peritoneal Dialysis. Estelle’s major strengths are her determination, her logic and her loyalty. Estelle joined the BrightStar Care team knowing that “after the death of my husband and mother – I felt it would fill the void by caring for others.” Estelle loves the BrightStar Care staff and the warm/caring atmosphere in the office.
