As a new patient with BrightStar Care, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for their staff, especially my nurse, Rene N. From the very first moment I met Rene, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. She is kind, compassionate, highly skilled, and clearly very experienced in her profession. Before starting my infusion, she carefully reviewed all the supplies and medications sent by the pharmacy to ensure everything was correct. She also thoroughly checked the medication instructions and dosage before administering my IV treatment. My first infusion experience was smooth, easy, and stress-free because of her attention to detail and professionalism. Throughout the infusion, she checked on me frequently to make sure I was comfortable and doing well. She took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had about the medication and treatment process. Rene is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent patient care. She made me feel safe, confident, and well cared for throughout the entire experience. Overall, I had an outstanding experience with her and look forward to continuing my care with her during future infusion sessions. I highly recommend Rene to anyone receiving infusion services. I would like to say how happy I am with the care I am receiving by Judith, my caregiver, and my nurse, Blake. Judith takes care of anything I require assistance with and I like how caring she is to me. Also, I appreciate how Blake makes sure I am doing well and that all my needs are met every time he comes to visit.

I am a new patient receiving care and thankfully I was sent a great nurse. Renee N. seems very knowledgeable of her job and does it with precision and care. She is professional and detailed. I appreciate the fact that I can ask her questions and she makes me feel comfortable in doing so.

Hanna, RN, was assigned to my case following my total left knee replacement; she was the Home Health Nurse. She went above and beyond normal duties since she also had to deal with an infection in the left leg following that surgery. She did a uh perfect job changing wound dressing daily. She also made my room at more accessible and pleasant. This was definitely a big surgery for me to endure, and she helped me 💯 percent get through each day at a time in recovery. I have been getting infusion with Renee N. for several years and she is great! She has an amazing skillset that allows her to start IV's quickly and easily so I never feel like a pincushion. She has a wonderful bedside manner and we look forward to her visit. She has so much care and compassion for her patients and their family.
