A couple of weeks ago, I had a two-week series of infusions scheduled with BrightStar Care. There were some initial hiccups with staffing that looked like they’d delay everything by a full week. Not ideal. But then I got a call — from Kris. This guy didn’t just apologize and wish me luck. Within an hour, Kris had completely rearranged both his personal and professional schedule to make sure I got my infusions the very next day. No delays, no excuses — just action. But it didn’t stop there. Kris coordinated with another nurse, Savanna, and together they tag-teamed the treatments. Kris took on the majority of the days himself, showing up consistently, ready, and in control. Now, I haven’t had a ton of IVs in my life, but let me tell you — if I were in an ER and the anesthesiologist was struggling, I’d call Kris in without hesitation. The guy is surgical with an IV line. Calm, precise, and confident. BrightStar Care proved they’re the best in-home care out there, and Kris? He’s the one you want on your team when things get critical. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your nurse, you’re in damn good hands — and your family will be, too.
