We have had BrightStar services in our home about 3 years now at a friend's referral, providing care for my 96 year old mother.

Rock. Star. Aides Tammy Evans and Gina FuertesRoman, who are every bit family members to us !
To start, we depend on their reliability & consistency, which makes all the difference to each of us.
Most importantly, they are both kind, loving, patient, gentle, considerate, creative problem solvers, and are lovely in engaging both in conversation and company, ALL these things! They anticipate needs and adjust intuitively in response & are creative problem solvers. They are trustworthy and thoughtful. We couldn't do without them.
We have also had aides come in to fill in on occasion, and have been as equally impressed; Samantha Hillier stands out as Exceptional for all the same reasons!
If there are scheduling requests or questions, we have also appreciated the in-person accessibility, the pleasant, willing reception & problemsolving, especially Carolyn.

We had an excellent experience with all aspects of BrightStar. Carolyn as our contact was always courteous, friendly and totally reliable. Roya was our Saturday nurse while I had to be away for 8 hours. My wife has Parkinson's but is fully competent but has trouble with movements and falling. Roya was a perfect companion and help to her when I was away. My wife always looked forward to Roya's arrival. Do to financial issues and the fact I got help with the project that took me away, we had to and were able to temporarily drop BrightStar's services. However, I notified them that should we need help again we would call them. I will ask for Roya, personally, if she is available.

Bright star has brought a new meaning to our everyday daily living arrangements. From the time I placed a call to Bright Star Sarah was very professional courteous and very helpful and knowledgeable and listen to what my concerns were. She came out introduced herself which made me feel very comfortable and within a matter of time she had made the appropriate arrangements for a nurse and Aid to come out to service us. We are so happy and pleased with the match that bright star has given us.Celina, our nursing Aid is wonderful. She is very reassuring she's patient and she shows so much compassion for my husband. I could not recommend BrightStar more highly. We contacted them to assist with personal care services for my father as he was on home hospice and failing. They arrived promptly after a phone contact and did a thorough and compassionate evaluation. Their personal attendants write reports after each shift so family is kept informed. Sara, the nurse who visited with us and performed the evaluation was a godsend for us. Some weeks earlier, we used a different company and unfortunately had a negative e,patience with them, and we learned that not all companies in this health care space are similar- even though their fees are similar. We are so grateful we chose BrightStar.

I want to express how wonderful Brightstar is and has been to me. My caregiver, Robin R, has been great during my recovery. She does everything she can to make me comfortable and that my life is positive. Her heart is so big and she makes sure that I am well taken care of.<br />
