Susan Ehrlich, R.N., B.S.N., C.P.D., C.I.C.
A registered nurse for more than 20 years, Susan Ehrlich started her career in emergency and trauma nursing before filling an administrative role at a 175-bed hospital. After these experiences, Susan felt compelled to use her skills more broadly to improve the quality of post-acute nursing care.
While managing a wound care specialty group, she then became a Certified Infection Control and Prevention Specialist. As Susan delved into policies, procedures and compliance matters, she realized this would be a way to blend her love for patient care and commitment to clinical excellence — while making the biggest impact across all caregivers.
Known for her servant’s heart and dedication to superior standards, Susan’s patient-first philosophy aligns with the culture and values of BrightStar Care®. After two years with the organization, she was appointed as Director, Clinical Compliance.
