My father in law has needed caregiver services since this past December when he was hospitalized and he returned home weaker and more confused than his baseline. BrightStar was able to start care within a day of Christmas and has been so flexible with our family on scheduling and making sure we had the care we needed for my father in law. Currently, Monica is helping my father in law and she is AMAZING! She is such a dedicated and hard worker and always goes above and beyond for him! And he loves having her around - its been a great relationship and really helped him thrive! Additionally, when my grandma came home from the hopsital they were also able to provide caregiving services on a moment notice. The caregivers that have interacted with my family members have always been kind And patient. I would definitely recommend this company for any caregiving needs that you may have for your loved ones.

Kierra Jackson is my Personal Care Attendant and she is amazing. She arrives to my home 5 days a week, on time and ready to assist my needs with a wonderful attitude. I appreciate her and her skills tremendously. Kierra is definitely a huge part of my healing and successes. Brightstar provides me with a backup PCA in the event of Kierra being absent. I have had Karla Solis tend to my needs in the past. Karla is awesome. Again, arrives to my home on time and ready to assist my needs. I have been blessed to have 2 wonderful ladies with experience taking care of me. This makes life struggles so much easier to deal with.
