I highly recommend Ana with Brightstar. Not only does she have a wealth of knowledge but she truly cares about each individual and goes to great lengths to make sure each person is taken care of. Her empathetic approach helps each person feel comfortable and confident in their journey, whatever that may look like.

We were fortunate to find Brightstar and our caregiver Taylor. She was amazing to my elderly mother who just needed a little help and companionship. Taylor was great at listening to her needs. She didn’t hesitate to get busy doing miscellaneous chores around the house, taking her shopping or doing her shopping. She was very patient with my mom who at times could be difficult. My mom bragged about her work ethic like she was one of her own grandkids. We only stopped the program because over time my mom needed to go into assisted living, otherwise we would still be with Taylor.
