We were fortunate to find Brightstar and our caregiver Taylor. She was amazing to my elderly mother who just needed a little help and companionship. Taylor was great at listening to her needs. She didn’t hesitate to get busy doing miscellaneous chores around the house, taking her shopping or doing her shopping. She was very patient with my mom who at times could be difficult. My mom bragged about her work ethic like she was one of her own grandkids. We only stopped the program because over time my mom needed to go into assisted living, otherwise we would still be with Taylor.

My name is John. I am 67 and disabled. I truly needed help with so many things and was told about a company called BrightStar. If you are seeking caregiving for a loved one, your search is over. BRIGHT STAR is the place. Carla and Molly are just 2 of the BRIGHT STARS that made my days so much better. Molly is this wonderful and kind manager who is a great LISTENER. You can tell how much she really cares about all of her BRIGHTSTAR employees and patients. When Molly came over just to meet me and assess my needs , she cleaned my floor, did some laundry, fed my cats, and made me lunch. I didn't ask her to help, she did these things and more just because she cares so much. She selected Carla, a SAINT, to be my caregiver. WOW. The kindest of the kindest you will ever seek. Without asking, Carla walks in and begins cleaning the floors. She then proceeds to feed my cats, first throwing out the old cat food and putting fresh food down, washing their water bowls and giving them clean water , does my laundry, takes out the garbage on 115 degree heat, and makes me lunch Carla also helped me with a ton of other things when I needed them, and just like Molly, NEVER complaining, ALWAYS with a smile. ALWAYS asking, what else can I do for you John. They both constantly change their gloves to maintain incredibly perfect hygiene. They wash their hands after EVERY task. Its like you're in a beautiful hotel with room service. I could go on and on, But to save you " search time" , you need to look no further. They have a system that seeks out the BEST KINDEST TRULY CARING QUALIFIED CAREGIVERS in the valley. There may be other stars out there, but I was lucky as a very disabled person to find the BRIGHTEST STARS.
