I had an exceptional experience with Bright Star Care!! My call was greeted by Michael he was kind and listened to my needs. With in minutes Heather was on the line and informed me she would find the perfect care team member to assist me. Heather was very personable and put me at ease. I received a call shortly after that indeed she had great news, Lajuana was going to take great care of me. Heather was correct, Lajuana was very helpful and beyond supportive of my medical situation. I will be forever grateful to the Bright team!

When my husband was about to have total knee replacement surgery, we knew that we needed help. BrightStar Care provided that help. We are so grateful to Heather and Bonnie for their support in getting us the care we needed. They have been wonderful. My husband requested a male cargiver. They sent us Kingsley who is kind, caring, and so knowledgeable. He has a way with patients. They can feel that he genuinely cares about them. He is outstanding. Thank you BrightStar Care! For well over five years, we have used Brightstar for supporting various loved family members in need of care. In 2025 another outstanding home care provider, Tina Lowe joined the team to support my wife and has excelled in every facet. Compassion knowledge, being proactive, caring and thoughtfulness as a carer and friend to my wife. Tina it's not the only one at Brightstar that we have observed with these skills. It reflects well on the company ,that they hire and retain such outstanding people who live by the motto that actions speak, louder than words when it comes to home care for those who cannot care for themselves..
Brightstar Care service has been nothing less than OUTSTANDING. The personal and professional nursing that I’ve received is great. Ive been able to make it to all my medical appointments and the care I receive at home is second to none. I would like to give a special acknowledgment out the nurse Synphanie for the exceptional care she provides on a daily basis making sure all my medical and personal needs are met. Angela Fee has been coming to my home for infusions for the last couple of years. She is the best nurse I’ve ever had. Dependable, hardworking, a wealth of knowledge, and extremely efficient. She’s never had to poke me more than one time. Best of the best!!!

After an exhausting number of calls to explore the best care options for a loved one, I was immediately impressed by the genuine concern I received from Shannon. When we decided to explore in-home health care, only family members had been caregivers so our hope was to be assigned someone who was warm and sincerely caring.
We were so grateful when they sent us Andrea who was exceptional in every way! She was kind, compassionate, respectful, adaptable, always eager to help, and a genuinely wonderful person. We were impressed many times when she showed us that caregiving was not just a job but a true commitment to helping others. We wish her the very best in her career and feel so lucky to have had her beside us during this difficult chapter in our life.
We have used BrightStar for over 7 years for my wife who is paralyzed neck down and a former US Air Force Major. As a husband I need qualified and empathetic help and I really do get that with BrightStar. Thank you for allowing me and my wife to live dignified and meaningful lives, at home.
