I recently contacted BrightStar to inquire about home health services for my mother, and I was throughly impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I used BrightStar for my cousin who needed help adjusting back home from the hospital and then skilled nursing home. She needed daily care and as time progressed, went to weekly care. We first contacted Heather who couldn't have been more accommodating and knowledgeable because I have no experience using a home health care service. She sent Nurse Angela for the intake and she was very thorough and supportive and knew what to tell us to expect in the weeks to come. Also at first meeting was their intuitive caregiver Dawn, who has the best personality and goes beyond her regular duties because I know she was giving foot massages as part of her daily routine!! She was outstanding and so attentive and definitely gave me comfort that as long as she was there, all would be taken care of. In fact, I think she worked so well that it was why my cousin was able to go on her own much more quickly than anticipated. I very much recommend BrightStar Care for anyone looking to help a loved one in their rehabilitation or home health care needs!!

Karen, Heather, and Michelle, such an awesome and well-constructed team! I have had the pleasure of working with Brightstar Care in the past when I was a Nurse Supervisor. We received this review from our client who wanted to post: My husband has Parkinson’s and is unable to transfer. Consequently, we have had two caregivers from Brightstar who have been coming from 10am to 9pm on separate days since the beginning of the year. Craig is here five days a week and Ninn comes on the other two days. They are both excellent caregivers. Initially, we had a problem finding the right person for the two days, but Brightstar worked hard to find the right person. Both Craig and Ninn are always on time and do an excellent job caring for Carl who is nearly 85 years old and sometimes has difficulty expressing his needs. They also do some light cleaning in the kitchen and bathrooms. I feel very lucky to have such good help. Judith W.
