Brightstar's services have really been a big help to my mom since she broke her hip. After a month in the hospital, she wasn't ready to return home without assistance. Brightstar's home health aides have met all her needs, particularly Marie, Jameshia and Tyanna. Their care, warmth and patience have gone a long way toward helping us through a difficult time.

I needed a Physical Therapist and a Home Health Attendant when I came home from the hospital after having surgery. BrightStar Care were very caring, and understanding, and helped me to secure the kind of care that I needed. My Home Health Attendant was very nice, and willing and able to do all of the chores I needed help with - showering, cleaning, and cooking. My Physical Therapist was extremely knowledgeable on many different types of exercises to help me regain my strength and stamina to walk again. The Therapist worked very closely with me monitoring my progress, and giving me exercises to do to help me reach all of my goals. I am now back to feeling myself again, and being totally independent. I could not have done this without BrightStar Care's help. Highly recommend BrightStar Care.

We signed up with BrightStar to care for our mom, who has dementia. Entering this world and leaving our mom in someone else’s care while we worked was completely new and very difficult for our family. We truly couldn’t be happier with the care our mom received. Caroline, Karen, Natasha, and Ola are the absolute best. They went above and beyond for our mom every single day. We never had to worry about her when she was in their hands, and that peace of mind meant everything to us. Dania is a superstar in my world, she treats me better than family and is always thinking of me and my needs even when she is not here. The level of care she provides is superior to none and from the heart, which is not to say the least, she has a big heart and it shows. She cares for my well being and goes out of her way to do above and beyond and is super cooperative in her schedule to accommodate change. I have been with the team at Brightstar for several years and they are all a superior class of women who go out of their way to make me a priority and feel as part of the Brightstar family, thank you.

We are incredibly grateful to BrightStar for stepping in on extremely short notice — over a holiday weekend, no less — to provide care for our loved one, recently injured with a broken hip. She was knowledgeable and confident, and her calm, kind approach made a world of difference in the midst of chaos. Olasinbo had a magnetic personality and a strong, helpful presence. She connected with Susan in such a meaningful way, and her capable hands and kind heart made us feel truly supported. Each of these women showed up during a critical moment and gave their all. Their compassion, competence, and character turned a crisis into something manageable — even hopeful. We will never forget it.

We were referred to BrightStar of Westfield by a friend and we are very pleased with the results. My Mom’s caregiver is Vee and she has been wonderful. She knows just how to talk to my Mom, so sweet but yet also explaining to her that sometimes she has to do things she does not want to but needs to do. She has given my Mom the care we hoped we would receive when we inquired. We just love all the caregivers that BrightStar has provided.
