Brandon Allison joined the BrightStar Care team in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 25 years of finance and accounting experience across multiple disciplines, including financial planning, analysis and reporting, operational finance, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions.
As CFO, Brandon leads the Finance and Accounting functions. Brandon brings well-rounded experiences from both public and private healthcare organizations and a proven track record implementing and executing financial strategies and processes to BrightStar Care.
Prior to joining BrightStar Care, Brandon was the CFO at ClearChoice Dental Implants and spent over a decade leading finance and strategy teams at Walgreens Boots Alliance and TrueBlue. Brandon holds an MBA in Finance and Management & Organizations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics & Management and Political Science from Beloit College.
Brandon is based in the Chicagoland area, working out of company headquarters in Bannockburn, and enjoys being part of BrightStar Care because it aligns with his ongoing mission to be part of an organization that helps people.
