Jennifer Norrid began her career with BrightStar Care as a general manager overseeing a multi-unit operation for one of the company’s franchisees. In that role, she built and led a high-performing team that became a model for operational and clinical excellence. Later, she joined BrightStar Care’s Support Center as a START coach, then as Director of START, partnering closely with franchise owners to launch new businesses and consulting with existing franchisees to improve revenue growth, staffing efficiency, and quality of care.
Jennifer also served in company-owned locations serving as Regional Director and then Area Vice President for the Midwest and Southeast regions, where she played an integral role in onboarding and integrating new agency acquisitions and ensuring consistency in culture, compliance, and client care.
During her time working with franchisees, Jennifer had the opportunity to collaborate with the Support Center team and saw firsthand how they partnered with owners to drive strong business performance while remaining deeply mission driven. Inspired by the combination of purpose and performance, she knew she wanted to contribute in the same way, which led to her current role as Senior Vice President of BSO Operations.
As SVP of BSO Operations, Jennifer shapes how company-owned locations deliver value and quality by empowering teams to achieve growth, profitability, and excellence in clinical care. She focuses on developing strong leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement, and executing strategies that drive measurable business results while enhancing the experience for our clients, caregivers, and nurses.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Jennifer takes a collaborative, servant leadership approach to building high-performing teams and inclusive cultures where people feel valued, supported, and empowered. She’s also passionate about caregiver development, fostering team accountability, and ensuring compassionate client-centered care. She believes success comes from balancing people, performance, and purpose to ensure both employees and the organization thrive.

Jennifer resides in Scottsdale, AZ, where she enjoys exploring new restaurants and hiking local trails with her husband and adult daughters. She also has two loveable pups, Ollie and Tessie, who she loves to spoil.
