In addition, my acute care experience has enabled me to bring highly complex skills and practices and to a community health environment that enables people to stay in their homes while they are ill. My previous home health care experience has also shown me the tremendous benefits of home health nursing and the relationships that are developed between nurses and the clients. This level of continuity allows for a trusting healthcare relationship, increased autonomy, and better patient outcomes.
