Emily has been caring for our Dad for over a year now, and she has become part of our family. Emily brings a smile to Dad's face every day, and he sure looks forward to that morning shave and to Friday morning chocolate-chip pancakes! She is competent, reliable, and just a ray of sunshine. I’ve been working with Brightstar for 4 years as the provider for home health nurses for my son with autism and medical complexities I’ve worked with many agencies over the course of my sons life but Brightstar has been so amazing at matching us with some fantastic nurses. My son’s regular nurse, Paige, recently went out on maternity leave. Brightstar evaluated our needs and hired two wonderfully caring, reliable and experienced nurses, Alexis & Amy, who have been covering our summer hours. At a time when many families like mine are struggling to find home caregivers, I am so grateful for Jenna & the team at Brightstar for providing us with consistently excellent nurses and support.

We had the pleasure of having Sarah Armstrong work with our daughter this past school year. It was hands down the best year for my daughter, and being her 8th grade year made it even more special. The compassion, attentiveness, love and support she gave to my daughter in every aspect of her day was beyond anything we could have ever hoped or asked for. They created a great bond and the smile that my daughter gets on her face when she sees Sarah speaks everything we need to know!!!

James and I are thrilled that BrightStar Care assigned Jocelyn Deoleo to Jimmy for his care. She is totally dedicated to his care and on top of things that need to be done. She goes over and above the call of duty! She comes to all of his Doctor visits and Physical Therapy visits. She is very attentive to what the doctors and therapists say and asks questions for clarity as needed. She is kind, attentive, conscientious, caring, and an excellent listener. She arrives with a big smile and has an excellent sense of humor. She brings sunshine into our lives each and every day! Jimmy's safety is always her top priority! She always offers words of encouragement on down days, which is priceless! She's been with us a year now and we don't know what we would do without her. She's part of our family now.
