As Branch Manager in Des Moines, Zoey is passionate about the aging population and our clients we serve. Prior to joining BrightStar, Zoey gained experience in long term care for over 10 years. She obtained a bachelors degree and passed the Nursing Home administration boards shortly after graduating. As a Nursing Home Administrator, she served on an Administrative Council where she provided guidance and leadership for other administrators in long term care. As Branch Manager at BrightStar Care, Zoey is responsible for ensuring that the office is operating smoothly- she supports recruiting, scheduling, marketing, customer and caregiver satisfaction and training. In addition to BrightStar, Zoey tutors high school aged students, specifically those who have ADHD. She also conducts dementia training with first responders. In her free time, Zoey enjoys being with friends and family.

Christy has over 10 years of caregiving experience and has been with BrightStar for 2 years. Christy started as a caregiver and has since been promoted to Customer Care Assistant at BrightStar Care of Des Moines. As Customer Care Assistant, Christy assists in scheduling, recruiting and day to day office needs. Though she does miss working with our clients first-hand, she enjoys getting the opportunity to work with both families and clients from the office setting. Christy has 5 teenagers and is engaged to her best friend, Will. In her free time, you can catch Christy spending time with her families and enjoying a movie.
